Volunteer Opportunities
Coin BoxesBy far, the easiest thing you could do to help out is to put coin boxes in stores you frequent. Coin boxes advertise cystic fibrosis while raising vital research dollars. By putting boxes in stores that you visit often, you are able to check on them regularly and change them when they get full. Boxes are available at our chapter office. To have collection boxes sent to you, please email: dcaputi@ccfftoronto.ca |
Sales OpportunitiesEach year our Chapter sells Christmas Cards, Art Cards and CF Calendars. These are an integral part of our Fundraising activity and can be a lot of fun to sell. Selling can be done on your own time, from your own home, or an environment of your choice. For more information, please email: dcaputi@ccfftoronto.ca |
Public Speaking and Cheque AcceptanceOne of our Chapter mandates is to increase awareness on cystic fibrosis. By speaking at meeting or events and visiting companies, schools, support groups, and concerned community members, you can help spread the word. There are also occasions when the Toronto & District Chapter is invited to a cheque presentation and we require an individual to accept a cheque on behalf of the Toronto & District Chapter. If you would like to public speak or accept cheques on our behalf, please contact dcaputi@ccfftoronto.ca |
